I was at the Live Aid concert, and Rick is right - it was wonderful.
The day was bathed in magnificent sunshine, and the atmosphere was superb (even if McCartney's vocal mic. did go down - he was top of the bill, and it took them ages to fix. You can not tell that from the DVD, because, years later they got a lot of those artists to go in and overdub their parts).

That's not like Rick to not recall his life.
His memory is normally very good.
Though there have been parts of my life that I remember a small part of, then the rest is blank.
The human brain can be very mysterious.
