He's currently taking advantage of people's ignorance cus this video is entirely a lie. Same as most his channel is. He does landscaping, Yes but the stories he says to get views are lies. This wasn't a mystery she'd he just came up with that as a story to get views and watch time.

Eric, you are such a kind and hard working gentleman. You take pride in what you do to help out others less fortunate. I was so angry that the property owner never came out of his home to offer help. He was able to walk, talk and obviously could eat. . For the property owner to use the excuse his lawn mower broke was a shameful and lazy excuse for not keeping up on his yard work.
The fact that the property owner knew all along what was in that shed and the fact that he allowed you to risk getting hurt to help him out is disgusting. Shame on him. Obviously, he is a man with no character or moral compass, no integrity.

Unbelievable!!!! He could have helped move stuff outside and helped with the tree. Then to act like he had no idea that car was in there and live wiring in areas... You did an amazing job as you always do, but people like him are why others don't help anyone and keep to themselves. The dogs were happy to see you and wanted to play. I love the dogs, the human not so much. Was someone with you doing the video or just the tripod? I thought I saw Landon, but I a not sure. I am glad you are still here with us, but don't go places by yourself please. It really has me upset that he played like he had never been in there before. Even when you talked about calling the police he played it off a little longer. Seriously sorry, but this one made me upset. I didn't find any humor in his constant lies. I need to go calm myself down now.
Keep up the great work. Much love.

My husband looked capable and well fed. He had ulcerative colitis and they had removed his colon from the illium all the way down. He had a scar from his breast bone to pelvis. That was just one of his invisible conditions. You cannot tell from looking whether a person has limited stamina or a pouch hanging from his abdomen. He worked a job that his PCP would not have approved but had little stamina for yard work. So just keep your judgements on capabilities to yourself. People at the store would make comments .. . they hurt. He has been gone nearly 8 years and I still miss the great man with whom I was blessed.

that looked like the guide steel wire that old overhead electric line had strung up with the aluminum wire to give strength when pulling from pole to pole or pole to house. good Job Eric.

Recently, you had a survey about your content and what your viewers want to see. I would like to tour your own property on the “mule” like you used to on Friday night live. Any more trouble with trespassers or “HOA Margret”or the neighbors? Let’s have an update!

Seems funny that they can afford swimming pools, motorcycles and all the other goodies but when the tractor goes down... Big husky guy and lets another haul branches off his shed.

I can usually tell when a person is joking about something but this time I really thought that he didn't know the car was there. That was funny! You did a great job but that wire would cause concern.

That lawn is shorter than mine and we don’t mow every week. In fact, our lawn hasn’t been mowed in 3 months and it’s still not longer than this dude’s lawn. And our isn’t completely dormant yet. His mower isn’t broke. He’s just lazy. I detest liars.
