Installing Windows 11 in C:\con

This is what happens when you install Windows 11 in C:\con.
Fun fact: This video was edited BEFORE the Windows CPC video, there were leftovers from it because i just copied the edit (AUP) file.
This is my first video in "Windows experiments", should I do more?

I don't get the conclusion of this video. What did finally work and didn't, except explorer?

CPL items do not work. (ex. sysdm.cpl)
UWP apps do not work (because of explorer not working)
this might be it, as CON folder is actually allowed in Windows 11.
