Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric enabled Aadhaar-based Digital Life Certificate for pensioners. Jeevan Pramaan i.e DLC is generated for individual pensioner using his/her Aadhaar number and Biometrics.
With a view to bring into existence a centrally controlled administered mechanism involving Pensioners Associations in the country, the Pensioners' Portal would function as a single window mechanism
The department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare is the nodal department for formulation of policies relating to pension & other retirement benefits of Central Government Pensioners/Family Pensioners. It also serves as a forum for redress of Pensioners' Grievances

भाई आपने बहुत अच्छी तरह समझाया है। लेकिन डिफेन्स के इलावा दूसरे किसी विभाग से रिटायर कर्मचारी को अपना पीपीओ नम्बर , विभाग,डिस्बर्सिंग बैंक ही भरना पड़ेगा न कि स्पर्श पीपीओ डिटेल। मैं रेलवे सर्विस से रिटायर कर्मचारी हूँ और मैंने इसी तरह अपना डिज़िटल लाईफ सर्टिफ़िकेट बनाया तथा सबमिट किया है। प्रोसीजर वही है जो आपने ब्यान किया है।

@@kanhaiyaverma6764 It is failing with error 903, failed to reach server, any update regarding this, if the service is still available or discontinued, any particular company mobile only is successful, Chinese mobile not allowed etc, have you tried recently

Thank you for the detailed explanation. But, you did not explain the difference between "operator authentication" at 9:25 and "pensioner authentication" at 13:37. According to my understanding, the owner of the mobile phone should enter his / her own details and face scan in operator authentication (in case the phone does not belong to the pensioner) and then enter the pensioner's details and face scan in the "pensioner authentication" section.
