There is no need of removing all the wires. You can just change the inner tubes after removing the screws. The wheel comes off and you can insert tube from one side. Makes it much more simpler.
Man that's totally unacceptable. It's 2023 they should have quick release set up. I'm not buying a scooter you have to take the whole thing apart just to change the tire. And the screws should never be that tight.

There HAS to be an easier work-around for the control arm removal. I can't believe the manufacturers manufactured it this way, without some easy solution. Rear wheel should slip together relatively easily.

Get a 3/4 inch long socket that has 6 point 6 flat sides use a hacksaw cut one of the flat spots out so it will slip over the wire still a pain would suggest solid tires
@@josephbratton8102DONT DO EITHER OF THOSE THINGS! I made a cutout wrench perfectly, and it damaged the shit out of my wire. Just grab the tool preemptively from todimart, just search joyor. Also solids on this thing are flat out unsafe, it has a lot of speed and power in top gear.
Have a question, were can I get a new battery but a lil long lasting for my joyor S10S,I would appreciate it if you can give me a link, always watching your videos great job.
find a local company that does batteries rebuilds, they can measure the battery and build you a new one based on your specs (cell quality and capacity) since most likely they used cheapo noname cells going with decent ones will give you 30-40% more capacity not sure though if it makes sense on such cheap scooter (unless you need a new one anyway and willing to pay extra for the bigger capacity), the stock battery is 460 eur, going with brand cells will be more expensive, so on a 800 eur scooter it could cost almost as much as a new one
according to todimart specs the stock battery uses 2500mah 18650 cells, so it will be more like 20% more for quality batteries unless the stock cells capacity is exagerrated and it's in reality lower than 2500mah
I checked one battery specialists company and assuming from 60v 18Ah it will most likely be 16s7p config and when using the best capacity batteries they use (Panasonic NCR18650GA 10A 3500mah) the battery alone will cost more than the s10s scooter from what I've read you need at least 10A cells if not more 10A best is Panasonic NCR18650GA with 3500mah or LG INR18650 MH1 with 3200mah 30A best are Sony VTC6A with 3000mah - got some last week for my vape, they cost me 7usd per cell (company with big sales will probably get them for a better price) and you need 112 for 16s7p, so around 500-750 usd just for the cells alone, then pay someone to create the pack....all that for 20% more capacity or 40% more with the panasonic 3500mah but those I have no idea how much they cost think you would be ok with the 10A ones as 7p will give you 70A discharge current and the controllers are 25A so you need at least 50A battery for dual motor s10s (plus some reserve and you don't want to be pushing the limit) 21700 cells have up to 5000mah but if the stock battery has the most logical vertical cell orientation the s10s deck will not fit those, the stock battery is already pretty tight fit in the s5/s10 deck you're better off getting a different scooter....if you want small scooter with better range get teverun fighter mini pro, that one has 21700 cells (unlike the standard and eco versions which use 18650) and has 35Ah...if you sell your joyor and put that towards the teverun it will not cost that much more than purchasing better battery for s10s and you will have a much better scooter

Hello, I wanted to know about tubeless. Could it be used on the joyor s10?
How do you get to the hall sensors inside motor ?

Where did you find that wrench, I can't find anything like that and I need it
Hi i plache the back tire back to its position but the wheel cant spin anymore and when i give gas it doesnt spin?
Can I cut the wires by the back close to the motor and add a MR60 connector so it's easy to disconnect in the future
Yep, that what we do on ours. It makes it way easier
Where did you buy the extractor? Can you tell me the size of the M28 M29 extractor? If it is possible to give us a link thank you
did they use red loctite on the wheel screws? is that why you heat them?
my stem valve just magically started leaking in storage. This would be fun to change

My wheel now goes left and right a bit like it's not perfectly aligned. Is this normal, how do I adjust this
Somehow, I cant remove rear light from mudguard its just stucked in it, or maybe I should use more force into it.
what is the exact tool you used to pull the arm lever fork? you called it a puller, but I can not find it anywhere
"crank puller" With these tools usually you pull off the pedal crank on a bike
Do you have a link for the special wrench that removes the nut around the wire? I’m having a hard time finding something that works.
i was able to do it with a normal wrentch , i used the 2 prong side at an angle , just going to have to work for it a bit

from what I've read you need at least 10A cells if not more
10A best is Panasonic NCR18650GA with 3500mah or LG INR18650 MH1 with 3200mah
30A best are Sony VTC6A with 3000mah - got some last week for my vape, they cost me 7usd per cell (company with big sales will probably get them for a better price) and you need 112 for 16s7p, so around 500-750 usd just for the cells alone, then pay someone to create the pack....all that for 20% more capacity or 40% more with the panasonic 3500mah but those I have no idea how much they cost
think you would be ok with the 10A ones as 7p will give you 70A discharge current and the controllers are 25A so you need at least 50A battery for dual motor s10s (plus some reserve and you don't want to be pushing the limit)
21700 cells have up to 5000mah but if the stock battery has the most logical vertical cell orientation the s10s deck will not fit those, the stock battery is already pretty tight fit in the s5/s10 deck

if you put it in slow motion (speed 0.25) it looks like he doesn't connect them, he leaves them un-connected.

It's an 18 mm s series socket wrench from todimart. I would recommend picking up an extra inner tube when you're there. Hope this helps

Nope.He shows exactly what is necessary to install the new engine OR to change the hose in the tire!
