@@RanOta13You actually can in the vanilla game via nuts, though it might just be hikari and maybe castti and partitio that can do it. 999 speed requires nut farming afaik. With nut farming (either off of octopuffs or with the steal/purchase duplication glitch) you can do it for any character. As for the 999k damage, that’s from a mod.

@@RanOta13 Nut farming without the glitch isn't particularly practical since it's a 1/20 drop rate, but it does exist if you're insane enough to do it. I know for a fact (from talking to them) that Luckyfini used octopuff nut farming to max out literally all of ochette's stats (don't ask me why). The glitch isn't too bad to learn but has the downside that if you've already gotten all the nuts you won't be able to use it any more.
