Learn , exhibit from 0-58 that you are so habituated to learn ,enjoy,and exhibit in this age that you should not be wanting to live anymore after 60. That's good both for you and the country. Seems like he is just doing business. Because if he is a honest man I don't think he'd had kept 0-18 as blank.That is a beautiful age to learn.
