    Yes, I know! This is a problem with your player model's bounding box. In this situation, your player model remains in a standing position when your bounding box is in a crouched position. Because of this, hits are not protected, since the turret's auto-aim reacts to the model and not to the bounding box.
    There is the same glitch with the PDA counter in TF2.
