Subscribing and liking because I'm literally sitting in an AutoZone parking lot dealing with the same exact fault code thank you bro for doing God's work
will the p076a code also cause the manual shift to be gone even the numbers disappear when wont shift shut off car restart then good again for a couple miles restarts again!
Hi, I had P076A shift H solenoid failure and got limp mode in Town and country 2010. Should I have to replace the whole solenoid case or is this solenoid outside the case called clutch solenoide? Thanks
There's 2 types in there. "Normally applied", and "normally vented". The DC is the Normally Vented. Normally Applied solenoids have yellow marking on the top. Make sure you don't mix the 2 up. Also don't lose any springs or diaphragms when you pull the insulator off.

Yes, when any code comes up, you won’t be able to manually shift. It’s a safety thing.

Replace entire solenoid pack
Where did you purchase just the solenoid? I have been looking and can only find the entire solenoid kick down for sale.
Chad Shepherd I pulled the shift solenoid from another vehicle from a salvage yard for about $6.I didn’t have time to order the entire control pack.
About how long did it take you to remove and replace ?
I have a Chrysler 200 s 2015 and can’t find the part can u tell me where I can buy it please. Thank you
You have a different transmission
What code was displayed?
My code says to much pressure to transmission for to long is this the problem it's stuck in limp mode
It a 2012 chrysler 200 2.4 4 cylinder
How u repair?
U change the solenoid pack? Or just the coil?
Arturo Morales i tested all solenoids and just change that bad one.I would recommend to change them all,so you don’t have to go back in.
