I used to play this for highest possible score with one credit: pass the most difficult dungeons, and longest route, unlock secrets, pick gest gems and maximize kills, all in favor of Ash. That's killing time in Arcade way back.
Unfortunately, slowdown kind of makes it less enjoyable of a game, but, other than that, it is a very solid game from Taito that gets criminally overlooked.
