Spent 11 years in our school system, loved Irish in primary school. In secondary school my interest in the language fell by the wayside and was crushed by Péig. I like how all these translations try to keep the rhyming or near rhyming scheme. I know sometimes people are more worried about translating literally, but then lose the musicality.
