Sonoma Ridge Apartments which is now known as the Jaxon Apartments is absolutely horrific..bugs..roaches..spiders..septic system..toilet..tub..and sink were forever backing up..terrible experience and I tried to fight it out but had to move...couldn't take it anymore.

They are now under new management and are doing full renovations throughout the community. So, hopefully things will improved. I had toured the community this past weekend and they are decent for the price.
You can easily get rid of bugs and keep the away, if you know what and how to treat them.

Hi, Ill be moving to Altlanta by December 3rd and really need advice on areas in Atlanta where the complexes are quiet and safe and fairly cheap since I don't know anything about Atlanta. @@FaithMNunez I totally agree! They are really inflating these rent prices. I’m currently looking for a new place and had to take my budget to 1500ish because all of the apartments I’m loving are in that range for a 1 bedroom 😩 We are the next NYC/LA
Sonoma ridge has bad communication skills. Me and my friends were supposed to move in last year in June. June has past and we heard nothing from them. It took us to contact them just to tell us that the people decided to renew their lease at the last minute. We were so upset because we were looking forward to moving in
What?!? Yeah it’s crazy out here it’s like they can do whatever professionalism out the door!
I stay at the second property plsss do not move here definitely roach infested bugs coming out of the sockets, cracks n the walls etc , stray cats on the property, they moved us in with no air conditioning, the walls are very very very thin. Just don’t do it

They should show you the actual apartment instead of the showroom . They never match up. Showroom nice, actual apartment trash.
