    Looking forward to the seminars! Very cool with the timing, as I recently identified within my own resilience journey, how much comfort I’ve adopted, and how much risk I have removed. I view the arch as safety vs adventure. Anyways, great to hear the direction you continue to move forward with, and thanks for the content.

    Interesting addition to the box. From the perspective of functional integration, coach J, at what point do we risk dissecting movement too much for training, when we are actually better off doing Movnat/Ido Portal/Rafe Kelley stuff? In other words, movement in nature is so complex, what is the constraint that prevents us from adding “too many” parts to the Box?

    your wife looks very lean, has she been cutting?

      She cut only 2kgs for the competition, but she does look leaner right now even after going back up.
      It's water weight it seems, I think she got tired during the prep (too tired anyway) and held water. Something to look at for the next one
