@@rsp49 well considering the circumstances at safety, I’m sayin he’s done great in the position he was put in. I’m actually concerned about the D with all the missed tackles lately, and the injuries at safety. It could be big issue if the niners don’t find a solution asap. Not sayin he’s a great safety, he’s been great in the position he’s in right now before the injury. O Line is another issue tho smh

I'm a Ravens fan and I'm happy with the win, but I still can't see anyone in the NFC preventing the 49ers from reaching the Super Bowl.

According to the oddsmakers the Niners are still the favorites...That tells you that Niners are still top tier team. Glad Niners are still being acknowledged. Good game by the way for your Ravens. You won we lost..It's one game. Flush it and move on to the next one. Hopefully we'll meet up again..
49ers still lead Super Bowl odds
The Super Bowl odds with two regular-season weeks to go tell us a few things. First, oddsmakers aren't convinced the Ravens are the Super Bowl favorites. They aren't completely out on the struggling Kansas City Chiefs either. And it's fairly wide open as we enter 2024.
Here are the current odds:
49ers +240
Ravens +400
Chiefs +800
Dolphins +800
Eagles +800
Cowboys +1000
Bills +1100
Not only are the 49ers the favorites, it's not particularly close.
Ravens are 1-4 with an avg. offensive production of 13.8 pts per playoff game with Lamar as their QB in the playoffs. There is a very high probabily the Ravens will be eliminated in the AFC divisionsl round, especially if they have to play the Bills.
I dont think the Ravens or the 49ers will make the SB this year.

I hate to say it, but it’s through losses, especially like this, that causes a team to dig deep and work on and fix weaknesses.

that's totally my feeling. and just think if the Niners would have scored there but not get the ball back, what would the narrative this week be if you only loose by one score with "5" turnovers...

Better to mess up now than in the playoffs. To me this was a dress rehearsal for a playoff game. I don't think steve wilks can lead our defense which is why he had so many 1 year contracts with other teams. But if he can learn from this and we can develop sam darnold for when brock has these turn over episodes to take over once n awhile we have a chance
Steve Wilkes can't tackle, that's on millionaire players to get done. But the Ravens defence seemed locked in and ready for the niners.
Wilkes is not all alone there are many defensive assistants, Kyle and Lynch are involved as well.
I was whining why 9ers didn't run more but it Trent is hobbled, the rest of the o-line banged up, weak center weak mcnuggets at right tackle, I can understand why Kyle hoped his rookie QB could pull the game out.
Brock had a bad game and he is still considered a rookie. I'm not worried, this kid can ball. Sam Darnold, 😅....Brock is our guy.. give him Two Full Seasons.
I like Brock and Cmc, but now we can see that solid Oline and Defense creates an Mvp team, not just Brock and Cmc as Mvps cuz Brock and Cmc cannot perform without Oline and Defense. I hate people who just create division between the teammates.
the first pick was kyles fault for not having another deep route like with kittle so the safety gets pulled on that play to create more space for deebo

Injuries coming late this year 😔
Being a niners fan, the biggest thing that concerns me going into the playoffs. Is the team, including Shannohan going to be able to play from behind and WIN a game!? I feel the minute Purdy makes some bad plays, he deflates and all his confidence is gone. That will NOT help in an intense playoff game. Also, I feel Shannohan goes into panic mode as well while playing from behind. Notice against Baltimore, they went away from a ton of guys in motion pre-snap. They stayed in a stagnant shotgun with no motion. Totally out of their flow.

I agree.....I'm more worried about accumulating injuries than this one lose.. Need everyone healthy to get the number 1 spot and a game less. Playing one game less is huge.. The more games you play the more likely injuries will happen.
Brock had a cheap hit at the head in Week 15 against Zona and he had another hit in head Week 16 against Baltimore. I believe team doctors should really double or triple check on him before we play at Washington this coming Sunday.

Appreciate Cmc's good intentions on buying golf clubs for the Oline. But, what about the Defense? Before Monday's game against Baltimore, they were working their asses off. They deserve credit if not gifts, too. This division amongst teammates need to stop in order to win the next games.
It has been a downer since we won it all in 1995 against the chargers. The year my daughter was born, until these days I am not happy anymore bout’ 49ers. They always come up short, Shanahan needs to win it all marbles this year 2023-24 season!! If not & it would come as disappointing season AGAIN ?? We need to move on & hire a real deal coach coz, we’ve got the talents & playmakers.

Questions have to asked after Purdy literally fell to pieces after that second pick. Always our record of never being able to win from behind have to say I think we beat Washington but not sure v the Rams. We know we can’t win with band average Darnold. But be a true test of character for Brook he looked broken after that second pick you could see him questioning every throw in his mind.
Steve-:Brock is a very young player on a massive stage with huge spotlight on every tiny thing he does. When you make a mistake, your confidence shaken, and many millions of people all see it- it's amazing he could still function at all. Against the toughest defense he has ever seen.
