The import team sheet will save me time scouting players. Instead of scouting to find out their rating I’ll just check through that instead and save myself 28 days

Obviously, clubs from countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, etc play in the West Asia Zone competition, while clubs from China, Japan, Korea, Australia, etc are in the East Asia zone. They should have the concacaf champions league for the top 4 teams from Mexico and USA, and then the South American champions league with those leagues. Then a club World Cup Between the 4 champions league winners. Not enough teams in Africa for that one

For Career mode : No, it won't change until you begin an other career. For the game in general : The stats you changed will stay until you (or the game) download the new squads update.
