As an ENFP who was not valued at my prior place of employment: THANK YOU!!! I seem to have forgotten how valuable my contributions actually are.

Can i add something that might be useful (im not exactly sure of it is)? As an enfp, i find that i dont mind structured environments as long as im not the one having to create the structure. For example, in school i thrived well (with interactive learning and other characteristics mentioned in this video) with the structured school schedule and classroom schedule, as long as it wasnt repeating information or concepts, but now that i am homeschooled im having trouble because i cannot create structure for myself to learn.
Ive read that ENFPs are bad at making their own systems and will have the most energy when they have the least control over systems put in place, and i feel that that us how i also feel and react.
Just a thought though because you have mors information than i do😅

    Affirmation, unstructured time
Utilise Creativity and Imagination. Variety of tests and assignments. Mind maps. Group discussions on material. Help others. Search for supplemental instruction. Verbalise as I learn. Q and A time. Work on note taking. Ensure you talk them out. Set up timetables and learning goals. Search for strategies when I am stuck in a teacher centered classroom. Create some kind of schedule to help me with dealing decisions and procedures.

Hi there , ENFP in medical school here , so unfortunately due to the pandemic i have been forced to have online classes for the past year and half and it has really been a struggle , our school is also not going to open for the next year …meaning i am about to go for another year with no interaction or engagement whatsoever …….I’m really failing to keep my morale and I’m really loosing the strength to keep going ……any tips ?

Agreed! I am ENFP and so is my little one. I'm looking for ways to get my boy help with spelling words. Any suggestions for an ENFP?

I think seeing the word combined with hearing it helped me growing up.. 👨🏾‍🏫 Also understanding patterns & rules for words put me miles ahead.. 🙌🏾
