I have this game but I can't drift with my hachiroku how can I drift with a lesser powered car ?
I remember picking this game up for 5 bucks back when I was around 13, I had played previous ones but never as much as I wanted.
I started learning how to tune and drift on here, learned to tandem and keep a good slide, I spent a whole summer indoors because of this game.
Started learning with the calsonic r34. And as soon as I got the hang of it I raced to make enough money to buy a s14 then just drifted and tuned on different tracks for hours on end making replays and such.
So glad I learned how to drift on this game.
Did you drift with your real car now? If so, how similar are the physics of gt3 to real life?

@@siphobrisloks8133 yeah I drift irl. And they aren’t 1:1 at all to irl, but if car setup is right it still gives u the basics on what to do and when/where/how etc when u go to do it in real car.
On wheel it can apply fully to irl.

In my opinion, try the hardest normal tires, and copy a settings that you usually do in GT5/6, it usually works (Especially a normal car, because it's easier to drift with)
But, I dont have GT5 or neither GT6. I only have GT4

nice vid bro. ive played tons of hours on this GT 3 and I never knew you could drift to this extent. i tweaked many traditional drifting cars so much but i didnt get close to this (maybe i didnt know wtf i was doing).
