Siemens NX - Chain selection within the Curve Rule

Siemens NX has many functions and options, that users are not familiar with. In the series 'Siemens NX - Lesser known features and options' I will try to explain some of them.
Sometimes it is not easy to select all the edges needed for an extrude command or any other command, that needs edges or curves for input. Selecting only from the Curve Rule menu is not enough. In such cases, the exact solution may be to select the Chain Between option.
