The shield line is a very injury prone area even when wearing protective gear, something the reporter isn’t wearing.

I kept looking at this. I was wondering why the cop yanked him from behind. I would say it is difficult to see if the cameraman shoved the cop. It looks more like he was rushing to get a shot from this angle. There does seem to be a lot of shoving going on, though. You could see that narrative if you want to.

Pay attention to what the camera man was doing seconds before he was tackled. It appears he stays behind the line of troopers as they advance. I can then see the camera man lunging forward with his camera towards the back of an advancing trooper’s head. This likely caused his arrest and not the fact he was recording the protest.
You have a right to protest but you don’t have the right to become a problem. You have to make life as easy as possible for the state and property owners because that’s definitely how effective protesting works. You know all those protests of the past that we agree with right they all work because everyone would totally listen to the police no need see if that statement is true. For those who didn't notice because this news media tried to hide it, he was impeding an officer. Just as they got out of frame, that camera man practically was using the officer's shoulder as a camera rest. That not only impedes him in his work, but it also blocks him from being able to move
Do you people lack the ability to critically think? you can see cameraman is going to push an officer just as he exits the camera frame, the other cop sees it in action.
Always take what mainstream media has to say with a grain of salt they won’t lie but they will bend the truth until it shows the message they want to show.

Also the police there confirm this and I can’t think of any reason that someone seriously filmed would lunge forward in this manner.
