The end of this clip is hilarious out of context. It looks like Walker is just arresting a guy for congratulating him. Just for context, Braken (the guy Walker arrested) is the manager of a posh resort. C.D. was hired to be the temporary head of security at the resort. However, Braken is secretly working with a gang of terrorists who plan to rob the many wealthy guests who are there that weekend for a special event. Walker, Alex, and Trivette help CD by posing as rich guests during that weekend.

I just watched this episode this past Friday. Definitely one of my favorites. Love how Mitch Pelegi plays the villain in this episode. Lots of good funny moments in this episode too.
