In one episode didn’t Georgia say they were like strangers to each other? Their marriage is hanging on by a thread. The director/writers probably told them to play their characters like this.

This scene brought me to tears. Georgia and Max are so perfect together and the way this scene was directed broke my heart. It was beautifully directed from how he told her,to how she responded,to how the camera panned out. They have amazing chemistry and I enjoy how sassy she is and how she accepts him for who he is. I love Grey's Anatomy,but this show is close to being my favorite medical drama.

Almost as tho Max was pouring all the chemistry out of himself but not receiving it back from someone who is suppose to play his wife (estranged or not). Helene and Max’s chemistry is effortless, natural, electrifying and they own the screen when they are together (and they aren’t even in a relationship).
I just can’t get invested in Max and Georgia. The writers never should have made Helen and Max chemistry a thing. I’m bored already. I’m probably not the only one.
When Max told Georgia he has cancer, I wanted her to fight back the tears or to cry while stifling her voice. If I was in his position, I wouldn't want my partner to cry.

Their job is to make us believe these people make us believe the path they take if we are picking up a romance from two characters they are not careful enough it’s easy to see the difference between friends and when there something more it’s replicated other places in the show so if the audience is picking up the ship it’s because somewhere in the writing someone put it down

I have grown to love sharpwin NONETHELESS I think they could’ve given Georgia and max a chance bc sometimes it’s refreshing to see two different work dynamics verses both partners being doctors with crazy schedules. I do get why it’s like that tho. Cause if your spouse is always gone due to being at the hospital even if you have your own career it can hurt a marriage. The writers had something different in mind and that’s okay too because sharpwin….works well
The writers made a mistake on not showcasing Max and Georgia earlier. They gave us the electrifying chemistry between Max and Helen and now want me to relate to Georgia and Max. Just don’t. Helen to me is the heroine of the show not Georgia. To put her in the back burner shows they lack black women writers. Here I was thinking this was gonna be a potential #ThisISUs. It wasn't fair everyone went to the Gala except Helen everyone was so pretty Bloom pretty Floyd couldn't keep his eyes off her Kapoor looked nice you guys just pushed Helen I didn't like that just because she's black and Max wife was going to be there y'all didn't want her around I was looking for her in a beautiful white low cut dress a long slit up the front her hair up and of her braids down the side of her face arm and arm with Pateki everyone would have stopped CPR down front cause there would have been a lot of jaws dropping along with Max next time you guys have a hospital gala you need to include Helen she's gorgeous and Max was handsome in that tux and Georgia was pretty glad he finally told her thanks to Sharpe it was a tear jerker wish them the best.
