How the heck could she still keep her voice intact after those chains of high note blasts!?! It didn't even crack for a bit, and she still could belt I have nothing after this. Omg i am totally shooketh.
Yeah she always has flats when singing this song, but in this performance, it's just the distorted Audio. Look at the real performance since that audio is the clearest.
I could say it's really the audio which is distorted not her voice that is flat. Cause even the band is sounding weird especially at the D6 falsetto at the end
@@routetmarihamadafan7352 The 2014 performance has a lot of Flats too, That's why I'm thinking she's putting extra efforts to fix her flat Bb5, 'cause that note is no doubt an insane thing to Sustain. Her IS2 Bb5 is also flat, maybe that's why she did an few extra Bb5s after sustaining the main high note. This is the only performance she did the whole song perfectly. Look at the Original Vid Performance, the audio there is very clear. In this vid it's obv that the sound is very distorted because of how loud the orchestra is, she's not flat in this performance
I directly translated her words, then edited minimally to make it make sense. It seems like she was nervous. 'Hello, nice to meet you, I am Sohyang! Nice to meet you all. It’s been such a long time since I performed on I Am a Singer as a contestant, and wow, it’s truly a joy to be here. It feels like I’m visiting my parents' house. Hello to everyone in the back! (vocalizes) It feels especially nice because we’re performing outdoors. The weather is perfect, right? Ah... my first stage on I Am a Singer... I was so nervous. I couldn't see anyone. All I could think about was keeping the performance to 4 minutes and 30 seconds. It was an opportunity for me to experience a different environment. Back then, I received so much love and support, and I felt so grateful and happy. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone. Thank you so much. This feels so nice-being here together without any pressure, without the recording. Just meeting you like this is really nice. Oh, back then, it was a time when I was deeply immersed in learning music, and it was a moment where I was able to rediscover myself as a singer. The feedback I received from the critics on I Am a Singer helped me grow. Truly. It was a great experience. If I were to do a program like I Am a Singer again, I would give it my all. I think I’d do the same again. Back then, I remember feeling so overwhelmed. There were many moments of regret. I would think, 'I should have sung that song differently,' or 'Maybe I should have approached this one with a fresh take.' There were many things I regretted. Out of all those songs, there's one that I really wanted to sing again and show to you. It’s the first song I performed on I Am a Singer, the song I sang at the pop song competition. Please don’t remember that performance, because I sang it so badly. I really did, but somehow, it was voted number one at the time. Looking back, I realize how poorly I sang it. The song is by Whitney Houston, who has now passed away. It’s still amazing to me that I dared to sing a song by such a legend. I often think to myself, 'How could I have chosen that song?' Now, I will sing 'I Have Nothing.' "
That day at this concert, the sound that came into the hall was terrible for all the performers. For example, the performance of So Chan Whee with the song "Tears" ( ruclips.net/video/1fE7aVlLBUQ/видео.html ). The sound gurgled, the upper frequencies were cut off, which made it seem as if the singer was out of tune.
Personally, it seems to me that this is one of her best renditions of the song "Dream", including the highest chest note. I judge solely by the sound recorded directly from the microphones. Of course, there is some processing involved. But this is the only video that can be adequately judged. P.s. Maybe I just didn't understand you.
@@sergeigolodiuk its not about personal opinions, you are entitled to yours. but were talking facts of what we hear right now, those Bb5s are flat in 2 of the undubbed footage of this performance, while the rest of the song aint flat. and the undubbed is far from her best dream performance.
Este audio esta claramente alterado. El sonido exagerado de la orquesta y hasta los coros se caen con ella en esas notas desafinadas. Porque suben estos videos a YT? cual es la intención con esto?
They were about to witness an epic slayage

Idk can’t speak korean
Yes, please ask for a translation of what she said. I can look up the lyrics and meaning of her song, but I can't figure out what she said afterwards.
