This is only the 2nd time I signed up into a gym and it's the first time I'm taking it seriously. I've always been quite an introvert and not that much active, and I do suffer with social anxiety a lot which I know it isn't helping. I lost libido as-well, and most days I don't feel energised to be honest. I think low-T is also a part of it, I've been able to increase my total testosterone from around 350 to 550 on the last exam, but still I don't have my libido back. I definitely think that the phycological factors are playing a big role here. But the truth is that I've always been anxious and introverted my whole life... I don't even remember when I wasn't anxious.
