  • In this eposide of the Blue Tick Show we open up with a compelling narrative of Martin's wrongful accusation, leading to his 13-year imprisonment. The family, including Bev and Brad, articulate the disbelief and turmoil that ensued following the allegations made by Peter, a former employee of Martin's garage and a distance family. They emphasize the inconceivabilities in the accusation, such as the lack of immediate action from Peter's father upon hearing his son's claims and the absence of any physical evidence supporting the allegations. This is sentance where their is no hard evidence against him. Join us for this conversation that dismantles this accusation and the impact of it on his family and the over all justice system.

    The man is guilty there’s no motive for the victim to gain anything I honestly believe the man must have been gay from what they saying he the victim didn’t come forward for years because not many people do why would you try to give a share of your business to your employees half your age and your own wife has to tell you not to that……….something smells fishy
    I believe the victims dad was told when the police got involved how
    Why would a father and son be be making up a humiliating story about a rape and that happened to his own son I feel for the rapist family but open your eyes your dad is a gay rapist and so is your husband
    your going off because the police wasn’t informed for years later I’m sure everyone that gets raped as a child comes out years later

      @@ThomasJennensthis is the problem hearing one side of the story , how can they say they didn’t think it was serious when it’s a child rape case ? I’m finding this a hard watch tbh, I would be interested to see the court documents or newspaper

      I’m sure he probably is guilty but there is definitely things that make me question it, the dates, the no medical records, the fact they all know each other , but why would they make it up? Also no one else has come out and other people worked there surely? But 13 years and 4 hours the jury were out, I feel like we are not getting all the facts, also if someone accused my dad of this and I knew 100 percent I would take things into my own hands after the sentence , there has to be more to the story !!!

    My heart goes out to Martin and he’s family.
    Imagine being NOT GUILTY OF such a heinous crime.
    But also having to go to prison is one thing, and have to live on the sex offenders wing, and breath in the same air, of GUILTY EVIL PEDOS is a totally next level.
    Please can you put up the petition link, so we can get real justice for Martin. ❤. Thankyou.

    The judge cant tell the jury they are guilty.
    Why is the thumbnail the police ruined his life. When all they did was gather evidence and arrest someone based on the suspicion of crime which a jury and two judges upheld.
    This seems like the two parties know each other well. Hence unless we have the same level of information as the jury no rational person can form an opinion on this podcast.

    • @Bradders1999x
      @Bradders1999x 5 месяцев назад

      Judges do influence cases and they have more power than you think. Just research how many innocent people go to prison each year. The jury system does not work and it sends innocent people to prison. Do you think a jury get it right 100% of the time?
      Also it was not upheld by two judges. The second judge does not review the case, they only review new arguments. We need a total review of the case and that is not possible. Please do not think that two Judges have reviewed the entire case and came to the same conclusion because that is not the case.

    • @cba46
      @cba46 5 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you for your response.
      You need to be a bit more clear in judges can influence cases. They write Thier judgments which is standard but they cannot go and tell a jury this man is guilty, they cannot say this in court. If he did this is grounds for a mistrial.
      If there is no evidence then that is grounds for a mistrial. I don't think that all cases are 100% whatsoever and it makes perfect sense that this is one of those cases given what you've presented.
      In truth this will get the message out there and get signatures.
      However I would advise you to get the best lawyer possible and have a meeting with him and see what they say. There should be more than a handful of private lawyers that work on this case. It may be expensive to even have a conversation but it seems you guys are pursuing every route.
      Given what you've said hear I think you have more than enough reason to think this is a mistrial and a good lawyer would see this as a good paycheck in truth.
      Ive heard what's been said on the podcast but I don't think a reasonable person can say he is fully innocent without being in that courtroom.
      Despite all this, if you find a half decent lawyer he can prove this as a mistrial quick citing other cases where a higher standard of proof was needed.
      Simply this to the average person sounds too good to be true on both sides!
      Lawyer tf up.

      @@cba46 thanks for the info, very helpful. Having been through this case myself, I can tell you that judges do sway the jury. They do it slyly and they just enough to get the jury thinking but not enough to get them into trouble.

    • @cba46
      @cba46 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@Bradders1999x I do agree with you. Judges can be bastards.
      Just summarise the whole case, into as much depth as you feel necessary and pay a fee for a lawyer you've researched the background of to read it.
      Also show them the signatures that you get to emphasise how many think this is a wrong verdict.
      I don't mean to patronise you at all.
      But get a lawyer to look at the evidence cos a part of me was shocked listening to this but now I'm just thinking of what next.....

      In the UK especially there are millions of false convictions because the institutions are infested with women and feminists who have terrible judgment. I myself have been falsely convicted and falsely accused over 6 times in the UK. The laws make no sense, you can be arrested for facebook posts, self defence, for causing a woman 'alarm' and all kinda of nonsense.
