每層都鋪上滿滿的蔥，最好吃是剛出爐的時候因為吃起來是脆的，櫥窗裡的會比較像麵包的口感但也很好吃唷~
Giant scallion pancake！
Each layer is covered with green onions. The best is when it is just baked because it tastes crispy. The ones in the window will have a taste like bread but they are also delicious.

整体卫生方面一般，擀面杖用金属的，尤其觉得有问题。

衛生欠佳，剛好的麵糰要拿去烤爐之前碰到手臂，夏天時手臂上一定都是汗；烤爐周圍也很髒，但是烤紙就隨便攤在上面。
