Thank you, Chief, for your service, your sacrifice, your commitment, and the heart of love. It has far more than just a job. You have walked in the forefront of danger each day. Putting your life on the line for the sake of others. You showed your act of humanity even when others didn't see it. You kept going when the response wasn't favorable to you. You left behind your family with only the hope of returning back safely. Thank you for choosing to take this journey. You have made a difference and have helped to make North Charleston a better place to live.

My son told me he was molested by a folly Beach man after he was quarantined alone with a man after witnessing "we were at a house at folly Beach. I was watching the tablet and got bored so I went to peek on the adults. Mommy was wrestling naked with a man and had the other guys weiner in her mouth. I yelled out because I thought they were hurting her from the noises she was making. They all got mad at me and Mommy left with the one guy. That's when I had to play the icky game. I was so scared Dad I didn't think she was ever coming back" he bowed his head and started to cry. MARY BETH HERSHBERGER was quarantined off Folly Beach. My son has no family in Charleston. He is from western md/pa line.
