I would love these stories more if they didn’t sound like I was reading some 1950s sci fi magazine. They rarely make sense. The characters easily and quickly recreate alien tech or some bio-weapon that hurts only aliens. The aliens also have advanced weapons and a few thousand years of history more than us, but yet they are easily overpowered by 5 humans. It’s just stupid most of the time.
