    @OniGiri Cabbage rolls are better made with sour cabbage - sourcraut was it called? Tho that is usually made in winter. We make them that way for xmas. They taste better because sour cabbage is saltier, sour, crunchier and so on.
    Also there is one more type of rolls with the same filling but instead of cabbage roll them in grape leaves. they get smaller but awesome. Tho you need a friend with vineyard to take leaves from. You need not so old leaves becase they get tough and break easy.
    Also you can fill peppers with the same filling. Do not forget to tap the open end of the pepper after filling them with flour so the filling stays inside. Grandmas sometimes make a pot with a mix of them - rolls, peppers and so on.

    Many Eastern European countries have their version of cabage rolls, but damn Giri those were some huge honkers🤣 In Romania at least we try to make them small, finger size almost. And we eat them with mamaliga (polenta)🤤
