    When you are on a diet, it's important to keep it exciting and not let it turn dull. Otherwise it makes it difficult to sustain.
    That is my secret to weight loss. Hope you enjoy this and many others that I will keep sharing.

    Time for breakfast? Eggs are always my number one breakfast ingredient choice. Eggs really are the perfect food: they’re full of energy, nutritious, they’re filling, they’re adaptable, and they’re can be portable if need be. And there’s probably not a better known portable egg meal than the Egg McMuffin. And there’s no reason not to make it at home with even healthier ingredients like my diet bread which is all time keto friendly.

    Ingredients: Eggs, Salt, Pepper, almond bread (link below), butter, cucumbers, cheese (optional)
    Method:
    1) Make the 2 minute almond bread (keto friendly) ( • Diet bread in 2 mins |... ) and cut into 3 layers
    2) Toast the bread in the pan
    2) Fry 2 eggs in butter
    3) Butter the bread and layer your sandwich bread-egg-bread-egg-bread adding some slices of cucumbers
