The 4th momo is what we call Pan-Fried Momo in Kolkata. The steamed momos are pan-fried in seasoned hot wok using minimal oil until the momos get a light brown crust. Then the momos are coated in hot garlic or tomato garlic sauce in wok.

I agree steamed momos are the best momos. Also I never tried pizza Hut momos. After seeing them eating it like that my mouth is watering. I will definitely try them. And in the area I live there i tried many restaurant momos but the best I have tasted until now turned out to be street side momos. Which are like 8 pieces for Rs.100 cheap but still the best tasting.
