Thank you for watching gorgeous. The size depends on the number of people you make dishes for. Ideally a 2 litre size can feed a family of four 😘😘

Love this! But did you exclude salt from this recipe? Also is the temperature in Celsius?? You know how Americans use Fahrenheit
I prefer to omit salt when smoking anything that I will use in preparing something else. You can include salt if you want 😘😘

What can I use in place of the clay pot?
You can use a heavy bottomed pan with a tight lid.
