My favorite strat is to get a single nitro and launch either motorcross or quad bike into the sky on the moon. dozens of flips, tons of distance, 50k+ air time, and you get the level bonuses. I once got 3700 meters but only received level bonuses up to 2400ish because i ran out of gas before it could award all of them to me haha. also just going to 7000 on highway, ridiculously easy with racecar, gets you about 500k coins consistently.

Pro tip: When you use the Motorbike, alternate between front flips and back flips. This will get you points quicker because you don't need to complete the flip.

theres a limit for 25k airtime i cant get more airtime

Yall got bad combos, i simply use the motocross bike with insane upgrades while in the moon stage, you can literally make 40-80k everytime you drive

I normally just bounce around using the mutant ball mode, it earned me 200k at one point in time
