I am exactly the opposite. Not only do I not obsess or fixate on what my competitors are doing, I go about my thing as if there are no competitors. I couldn't care less what they're doing. I do a basic google search for the general idea or concept and if it's being done well with elements out of my skill set, I don't bother with it. MY problem is plaguing indecision over a particular model that has spanned over the last year because I can see how it works perfectly with a number of ventures because it's a referral growth strategy. I decide one this one, this one and that one....get the base set up, call it a night, wake up the next morning second guessing that option, getting excited about a different one, rinse repeat. I am wondering if maybe instead of making a venture to use it with, I package up the way to go about it and put that out there for 20 bucks for the detailed instructions and let them enjoy trying to pick one. Then my next thought is usually "those who can't do, teach" and I get back to work working it out.
