Yes, that lady showed everyone what a hellhole it is to own that house. And now, they want more than 10x what it should sell for. Anyone thinking of buying that house needs to look at how miserable that owner was, screaming and yelling cuss words at everyone. And now, here are her kids, who know how miserable the house is, but they want more than 10x the maybe value. Good luck!
I understand that people need to be respectful, but it just seems like she let this go on too long without remedying or capitalizing on the situation. No reason to be rude to people who remain out in the street.
The people hating on her would feel the same way if you had 300 people driving by your home every single day harrassing you. The house will likely be turned into a day rental for fans since it's basically unlivable. So, the $4,000,000 price tag isn't totally off the mark.
@chobiden7770 did you even read my comment? The house is "unlivable" because 300+ people drive by it to take pics every single day. No one will buy it to live there only to be harrassed daily. It can ONLY be sold as a fan attraction or day rental, unlike the other homes in the area, which are actual homes to live in. The 4 million price tag is for using the house as a business. If people pay $1,000 to swim in the pool they'll pay much more to stay the night. The home is worth the high price tag.
@@RaleighLink can't swim in the pool it's been filled in with dirt and the backyard is trashed. I remember taking a drive by the house just for a fun cruise in Albuquerque, spontaneously visiting BB filming sites. I'd heard how "unwelcoming" (for a lack of a better term, since no one is obligated to welcome strangers to their home) the owners were. After hearing about the package delivery, that makes me feel awful for them. That really is disturbing that someone would do that. The security they put up is *especially* understood now.
I could see a slight premium for the house but 4 million dollars is flat out crazy. You pay 4 million for a 3-400k dollar house and then have to deal with fans driving by and stopping.
It’s always hilarious when people agree to let tv shows and movies use their home (similar to shameless), get paid for it and then expect to be left alone after the show premiers 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I don't blame her. They tried to accommodate fans, but people don't know when to quit. This lady is Hella rude and hates the fans so no wonder she wants to sell it an wants 4b shes trippin Hella z
Why are fans so intitled, must be a generational thing.
Were not entitled old man were just saying lady's rude she shoulda moved out long ago or never did the show she signed up for that
@@Geterdone1035 Funny how the "intitled" get so angry when confronted with the truth.
Me or the old man
@@Geterdone1035 anyone who stops to take pictures at a private residence when the owners don't want them to are entitled.
The owner was going crazy
So, is anyone willing to buy the house next door for $2 million?
Poor Becky/Carol
Ed Bassmaster had a very nice encounter with this lovely homeowner 😂
PSH
The neighbors are going to love whats next.
Poor Becky/Carol
Why would they? Neighborhood would still be getting a shit ton of cars cluttering the area even if the property the was sold to someone.
no one's gonna buy that unless they plan on using it as an attraction, that house is doomed to get harassed by fans forever.
This is the same woman who has been hating and complaining about fans and tourists for years? Maybe the neighbors should consider pooling resources to raise the 4 Mil...good opportunity to get her out of the neighborhood.
Good luck!
greed raises it's head
Look at her acting nice😂😂😂😂😂
She needs more pizza tossed on her roof
Its crazy she's leaving right now, days after Lofe did an interview with her
The owners are jerks. She flipped me off when I was across the street just taking a picture.
I understand that people need to be respectful, but it just seems like she let this go on too long without remedying or capitalizing on the situation. No reason to be rude to people who remain out in the street.
@@aheath7838 lies
Poor lady she never wanted to sell. People in the comments are delusional if they don’t realize how badly she was stressed out this whole time.
She brought it on herself
The people hating on her would feel the same way if you had 300 people driving by your home every single day harrassing you. The house will likely be turned into a day rental for fans since it's basically unlivable. So, the $4,000,000 price tag isn't totally off the mark.
except it is totally off the mark. It's priced at 10 times what it's worth in a crappy neighborhood
You can still live in the home, I live down the street from Frank and Marie's house in breaking bad and the cars that roll by don't impact the neighborhood or the residents. The lady that lives there is a terror, she literally invites conflict by cursing and yelling at people to not take photos of the house on public property, to which she has no authority over. She sits in her garage simply to yell at the random visitors. A simple Google search pulls up so many altercations with the public and her troll ass
Some people went by just to harass her on purpose, knowing she would get worked up. It could have been handled better. It's like there was always a teacher and the kids knew how to push that teacher's buttons. Immature, but true.
@@RaleighLinkWait there’s a difference between driving by the house and trespassing on the house. She doesn’t own the street or the sidewalk. It’s a different story if they’re climbing over the fence or throwing the pizza.
Aint nobody paying 4 million. Nobody
I could see a slight premium for the house but 4 million dollars is flat out crazy. You pay 4 million for a 3-400k dollar house and then have to deal with fans driving by and stopping.
That house isn’t renovated. Just old!! And she said $4mill?? She needs to be drug tested. 🤣🤣🤣
You don't get it??? Ain't a normal house... It's Breaking Bad house. Remodeling it would destroy its value.
I hear ya. But still ain’t worth no dam 4 million dollars. 😂😂😂
@@pacdonitti Agreed. But for a super rich fan, it is getting an iconic Breaking Bad memento for just a tax deduction.
Facts
Blackstone will definitely acquire it to charge $100,000 a night there.
That house drove her crazy
It’s always hilarious when people agree to let tv shows and movies use their home (similar to shameless), get paid for it and then expect to be left alone after the show premiers 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Tbf her annoyance is pretty justifiable but she shouldn't have reacted the way she did. You can't have thousands of people make someone feel like an animal trapped in a cage and then get surprised when they lash out.
I pulled up there 7 years ago because an infantry brother of mine lives in Albuquerque and I was headed to Vegas from Tennessee. I didn't know it but I had a headlight out and she came out and was really sweet. I'm glad they're going to get to experience the fortunes.
Honestly I’m glad, she was completely toxic to even the people that just took a picture, so her leaving is a win-win for both the fans and the owners
You are delusional
4 million? well...there is a sucker born every minute i guess....
Throw in Hank and Marie’s house and you might be close
Who would pay 4 million for that? Can you say greedy? That neighborhood does not have one house worth any more than maybe $300,000 if even that.
Eh given the area and square footage it's worth about 350,000-400,000. Maybe a bit more because of the history. But 10x that? No way.
All kinds of people would fucking pay that it doesn’t matter with the other houses are it doesn’t matter what that house is it’s fucking breaking bad
It’s like looking at several sets of ruby slippers and then wondering why is this pair from this one movie so expensive
@@janestarr79others have tried to profit from this and it always fails.
I can pay a million and make that back making it a rental. You people think small
@@janestarr79 You could buy a WHOLE mansion with 4 million lol no stupid persons gonna pay 4 million for a 300k dollar house weirdo 🤣
Ridiculous price. You also cant open up a museum and have that sort of commotion in a residential neighborhood.
There's been a commotion in that neighborhood for years though, although not "official".
AirBnB? VRBO? People would destroy it in a matter of weeks.
They would be cooking in it
It would absolutely get trashed if they made it an AirBnB. Ppl would be tagging Heisenberg all over the walls. The paint and repair costs alone would be astronomical.
@@HamletTwinWho do you think will pay for the damage? They have their information on the app, they’ll see a hefty fee. And if the fee is not paid they’ll seek legal action. This ain’t some trap house where randoms come and go with no identification. There’s most likely a cleaning service that comes after every guest.
She was on an interview and had some fair pointer for her perceived attitude
So do the neighbors want an air bnb and museum in their residential neighborhood that draws hundreds of thousands of people? Bet there will be lawsuits
Its crazy that people were mad that she got upset that people were constantly harrasing her elderly sick parents
😂😂the seller loves Ed Bassmaster
Turn it either into a breaking bad museum or a breaking bad themed airbnb
This lady acts all nice during this interview but the way she acts towards fans she is really rude.
The amount of people who did not watch the videos is amazing. The crazy old lady who yell at everyone died. This is her daughter selling.
The stupid homeowners waited too long.
Air bnb would make a killing for sure
I don't blame her. They tried to accommodate fans, but people don't know when to quit. And to put the price so high helps direct the sale towards a company, or someone who WILL turn it into some kind of public museum, hopefully. I would love to go myself if they did it up like the show, it wouldn't take much money to match it lol.
Tbf screaming and cussing at people isn't "accomodating fans".
I visited here back in May last year, the lady was not too happy with people taking pics I could tell so I waited until she wasn’t outside to snap a quick pic to be respectful of her privacy. Others did it while she was in the yard…
That being said I don’t think this house is worth 4,000,000 especially with those metal fences added around.
PLEASE STOP THROWING PIZZA AT THE HOUSES ! THERE ARE PLENTY OF HUNGRY BEGGARS WHO NEED TO BE STRUCK WITH A FULL BOX OF PIZZA .
😂
What’s wrong with you
i would get a rubber movie prop and charge $25 cash to let people come video themselves throwing the pizza
I like pizza
The neighbors should list theirs too to get people to live there lol
Whoever buys it will be Breaking Bread!
I remember back in 2017 my family and I were visiting relatives in NM since we were in the area we decided to walk by the house some old dude was chilling outside and wanted to talk with us about the house, then some cranky old lady came out yelling at us to get across the street. I can’t remember if it was this lady but that’s all I really remember from that interaction.
It's such a run-of-the-mill, cookie-cutter house and they want $4M
It was never a hot area, one could tell if you lived here, and watched the show.
