    That was profound and insightful, I had to rewatch again and again until I felt I understood every aspect of mentorship. Currently, I am mentoring a couple young people in my community but I felt they were areas I also needed to improve. Thankyou for sharing the insights.

      I've never heard of a Turing club. I can only assume a link to Alan turing, the mathematician.
