    For those that want a simpler way to face swap you can use the 4 up and reactor. The method is to save all faces of the person you wish to swap in reactor (Save model) once you do that you can use reactor with any ipadapter. Why do this? It turns your model into a sort of LORA since Reactor has better faceswap than others. ipadapter will help you get past the low resolution reactor has. @zgenmedia did the original workflow. Hope this helps.

      Sounds easier than using insightface ill give it a try. Though i finally got insightface to work with ipadapter and its great.

    Hello, I just wanted to say a big thank you, I've been struggling to get consistency for months in comfy or fooocus. I haven't quite got what I was looking for but I'm now pretty close thanks to you, I'll keep tweaking to see if i can get somthing I'm happy with and is repeatable.

    Well done. I did the grid method on A1111 last week, and it was not this easily achievable. Though, you could say this workflow may seem daunting to someone not familiar with ComfyUI. Subbed!

    This is excellent. One question: How can we ensure that the four faces in the grid are exactly the same as the original face created by the prompt?

    How can we use supir without upscaling as I have tried and it creates a mess?

    • @Douchebagus
      @Douchebagus 6 месяцев назад +1

      You first upscale 2x with supir and then you downscale it to half of that output. In the end you get the same resolution that you started with.

    • @generalawareness101
      @generalawareness101 6 месяцев назад +1

      @@Douchebagus Yes, but that is a time waster too. Be nice to not need to upscale at all.

    I don't like how SAPIR removes some of the moles and birthmarks or skin blemishes. It takes away from the realism. Is there any way around that?

    Great presentation, on par with "The Rat", minus quirky humor plus jazz background music. And 12 GB is not low VRAM, you should compare to the consumer average, not what you personally have. And considering the trend of big corps buying up all top cards, this will soon become unreachable high for a "normal" price.

    women on images looks similar but not consistent. But its just because she's an average looking nobody with zero hairstyle. Try to make it with more specific people, like ... Marilyn Monroe with yellow-green pixie hair and strawberry lipstick. Then you will see ipadapter not works for 100% consistency. By use of sde sampler, you give even more randomness for the results.
