you need to complete the normal mode and kill master eisenborg to enter the mode heroic

complete the torturer chair, capture forsaken hermit then enter floor 2 & 3, defeat Eisenborg in floor 3

no, you're just unlucky... to get bridle just farm in normal forsaken dungeons floor 2 & 3.. also in forsaken cache or large forsaken cache
