This is the best sounding motorcycle in a video I have ever heard..
smaller bikes are fun. You can ring their necks without sticking yours out too far. I grew up riding 250s, 350s, but when I graduated up to 1200s,, you really don’t have the room to put them through their paces like you can on a small bore..I actually tend to sprain the speed limit more when I’m on a small bore bike, because I like to keep my momentum up on the smaller bikes.. they are actually more fun working the gearbox, keeping it in the power range, staying off the brakes, picking better lines, maintaining momentum..

Yep, I agree. I’m still building my 650cc Guzzi, lightweight but little bit more fun. Mid range bikes like old 300+ cc Italian with race inspiration won’t getting old, because of their charm and you can really use them at all, even if their top speed is less than the speed limit !

650 GUZZI??The most beautiful machine ever made is the 1986 650 LARIO

Had the v35 82 Imola for a couple of years back in 92 then bought a business on an island (I'm Greek) sold it and took my big love xt 550. Now living in Athens I would like to downsize my vstrom 1000 to a guzzi tt850.

This is lovely. I never rode an Imola but did plenty of miles on a V50III and a V50 Monza. This is the way to travel if you have no luggage and are riding solo.

Indeed ! I never ride a V50 but I recently restored a V65. So much torque and punch than an Imola but I still prefer the old 70s 300-350 cc italian bikes with their italian passion ! It's fun to try to ride fast those small blocks ;)

@@alexmoto1175 For many years I rode a Moroni 3 1/2 Sport, which somehow was a sort of café racer straight from the factory. On most roads, 350cc was plenty. I later switched it to a 507cc Moroni lump, but even as a 350 it was wonderful. If I were younger, I would be looking at a 70s or 80s Moroni or small Guzzi today. Heaven!

I had a Monza for about 7 years absolutely loved it even though it had a tendency to snap clutch cables and blow head gaskets occasionally
