I saw this line up in Sheffield, UK, wow how the scream of Mike, Anthony's Sax and Steve's Violin swirled around, truly a powerful and enveloping experience.
I am so grateful that Mike is not the sort of artist who derides his past work. Many artists would hide old videos or talk about how their old music wasn't as good as what they do now and get angry at fans for being nostalgic. Mike tweets us the links!
Good lord, The Whole Of The Moon at 4:29 is just amazing. Mike Scott was certainly at the height of his powers, tripping the light fantastic over the rainbows of Brigadoon.
