I was able to watch this movie with my husband a few months ago as he was dying of cancer. I hope he is waiting for me like at the end of the movie. I miss him so much and struggle every day since he passed in March of this year. I know he is not suffering anymore. 💔💕💔💕
This is my very favourite film. Every time I watch it I can’t stop crying. Jane Seymour has never looked more beautiful and Christopher Reeve more handsome. The chemistry between the two is something that I once thought I had but my boyfriend told me after three years that he had never loved me. I was brokenhearted and I have never got over him. The tears still flow. As I am now getting older I hope I will see him again and that he realized he did love me and we will be together till the end of time. The music is haunting.

When I think of this film a poem by the British poet Alfred Lord Tennyson, published in 1850 comes to mind......I quote " I hold it true, whate'er befall, I feel it when I sorrow most, 'Tis better to have loved and lost. Thank you for this beautiful video! This was my Dad's favorite movie and song. He died 3 months ago. And I’m living abroad, remember him. Keeping these memories and crying. The only treasure I have of him are the beautiful moments we shared and lots of memories. Music and movies were the two favorites of him ❤❤❤❤❤
I am so sorry that your Dad died, but those wonderful memories in your brain are there forever! I still have an acute memory of my Dad's face, his gentle, beautiful slender hands as he treated and healed someone as a physician. I was lucky to be able to work with him in surgery a time or two to observe that and assist him. I also remember my mother sewing a poodle skirt for her girls when they were a fad many years ago! Children are meant to outlive their parents but that does NOT make it any easier when we lose them! It is normal and necessary to grieve a while when you lose a loved one, and those memories will become even more important to you as you USE them to bring back, all the happy times you shared together! NO ONE CAN EVER STEAL AWAY those many memories from me, or you. I wish you peace and comfort as you continue to adjust to the loss of your beloved Dad.

Then you met someone and you our not sure of what to do until she tells you how she feels then you make you mind up and know she is the one for you , then 39 years later you out still together and no why you went through that . 但是讓我聯想到的是，男主角是個美軍，而為了戰爭，男女主角非常少見面的相思之苦的詮譯！其實小時後根本不懂歌詞中的意思，只是很喜歡鶯姐唱的這首非常浪漫的旋律！

Primeira vez, que a musica vem com a letra,e muito lindo....the space and time....muito emocionante....
You never know what is around the corner ,one day you have it all wife kids house job then next day you lose it for what ever reason .you go around for months as if in a dream not knowing what to do . Then you met someone and you our not sure of what to do until she tells you how she feels then you make you mind up and know she is the one for you , then 39 years later you out still together and no why you went through that .
