Yesterday, I was probably in the worst condition I have been in months. I've not been in a good place and have been having... thoughts, for a while. Thoughts that never leave the back of my mind, and it's scary how I almost listened yesterday. Thanks to this, somehow, I will be here for another day, trying anew to be better.
