How Do We Name Our Plants?

Because plant scientists from around the world may speak different languages, we use scientific names for plants that are the same no matter what language you speak. These scientific names are usually in Greek or Latin. In this system, each plant is given two main names: the genus and the species. (Read by Lilah)
