    Patol Bhorta recipe is a bengali authentic traditional recipe. This is a mainly fine paste of pointed gourd and another ingredients are onion, garlic, green chillies, red chillies, tomato, Nigella seeds, mustard oil , turmeric powder and salt. This Patol Bhorta Or Parwal bharta recipe serve with hot rice and chapathi Or Paratha. Many state of India like West Bengal, Assam, Tripura, etc.and Our neighbour country Bangladesh also proudly enjoy this food in summer. Many recipes you can make from pointed gourd but Bhorta is the one of best recipe. My grandmother taught me that at first fry the pointed gourd with garlic and green chillies after that cool and paste it then take a pan, heat mustard oil, dry chillies, onion, Nigella seeds and tomato leave on the oil. After frying all of these leave the paste and stir until becoming a dry texture and not forget to use turmeric powder and salt as per taste.
