hi, that video is wonderfull, only that Salesforce dontwhow the calendarto users with Domain distint: i added domain distinct and dont show his calendarto this users, only show to calendar for the users with my same Domain, you can helpme with this? why salesfoce donde showme this calendar?

Thank you for this! But I am struggling with something here...
I am trying to prevent it from syncing every new email it detects with every single record that the contact is associated with. If I have 3 different opportunities going for a single contact, I don't want all 3 email threads ending up on all 3 opportunities.
Is there a way to configure EAC so that emails ONLY associate with the record that the email was sent from - or if an email comes in without any context it can just sit on the Contact record's activity timeline (and, again, not be on any related records like the Opportunities).
I have followed countless tutorials and have been skimming through any SF help article that mentions EAC. I'm not seeing anything about turning off this overly-aggressive association, but (even more frustratingly) I can't even find anything that tells me that I can't do this.
Would greatly appreciate any insight!

I dont think you can connect outlook anymore with salesforce
