I'm on enforced rest as I am sick with the flu and so it's a lovely treat to watch your videos. There's something inspiring about watching the love and care you put into your home and family. It's reminded me that when I'm well again, I need to get back into my neglected garden.
I can relate to your breathing issues as my husband has allergies galore and I’m careful with everything I use to clean with. We lived in Southeast AK for many years and being a rain forest, we battled mold on a daily basis. But never with my laundry. I’ve had front loading washing machines for years and have never had a problem with mold or mildew (unless laundry was forgotten and allowed to sit in closed washing machine). I’ve done away with all commercial laundry products and exclusively use vinegar or soda (when needed) and Dropps pods (online ordering with money saving subscriptions). They are made with essential oils and come in scented or unscented. So simple to toss in one detergent and one softener pod and wash in (always) warm water. Laundry comes out fresh, soft and ever so slightly clean smelling. I always wipe down the inside door and rubber ring of my machine after every use and leave a thicker hand towel hung over the door to prevent it from closing. And my husband hasn’t had an issue with his allergies with my laundry and cleaning at all.
🥰🙏🏽pray u feel better , o just a suggestion, my docs told me to limit( if not stop ) eating dairy 🥛 when u have respiratory(/sinus issues) b/c it causes flemb
We don’t have top loader washing machines in England so it’s not a choice . However I make sure the door is left open after we finish washing . I wipe the rubber seal over regularly . I put a cleaner through the washer every so often . This means that I don’t have mould I too am asthmatic so mould would be a problem 😊
Thank you, Rachel 💗 I don’t “do it all” (there’s a lot of things always still on the list) but I do enjoy staying busy and active so I guess that helps?
I'm trying very hard not to be jealous! You are mowing the lawn??!! Wow, can't wait for that! We still have so much snow here in Alberta! Feels like spring is taking its sweet time:) Love videos like this! Your balloon arch looked great! ~Joanne
My high efficiency Cabrio did not get our clothes clean. Small loads did OK but beyond that, we were very disappointed. I have a front load higher end machine and we like it much better. I don't overload it and keep the door slightly open when not in use. Nothing beats the reg top loads, but they do use a lot of water. Really enjoyed the variety if this video, outdoor, indoor, cleaning, decorating, family team work. 🌷
Okay, your “cleaning pants” outfit is adorable and looks so comfy, do you have link by chance? I truly enjoy watching your channel. It’s always so encouraging ☺️ Happy Easter ✝️
I’ve been using front loaders for twenty years and have never had mold in either machine. You need to leave the washer door slightly open when not in use. Not the dryer it should be kept closed.
I love that your life is real as real as mine and others who watch you you don’t always do things with perfection and grace and I do not either ask there for it’s relatable for someone like me thank you 😊
My life is so far from perfect, but I hope still always seasoned with grace. I almost didn’t want to post this because it was so “imperfect” but my husband encouraged me to so here we are 😜
I just look forward to all your videos. I dream of living on a farm so I'm enjoying all your content. Awww how sweet the lil Bunny ❤️ I hope you feel better soon
Love the green color of your green closet doors. Would you tell me the paint and color name of that paint? Such a pretty color of green. Enjoying your videos!!!
Oh Steph I just love this is so beautiful that arch looks amazing with the colors God bless you you’re so talented inspiring, a woman of God, beautiful mama! And I have a question I would love to know where I could get a mural that you have in your dining room? I would love something like that in my bedroom just in one wall behind my bed. And that little angel she just loves being with her mama. You have a blessed Easter God bless you all
Oh thank you so much for your kind words, Emma 💗 the mural is actually just wallpaper that I framed 😉 I ordered it on Etsy from a shop called “StreetWorkshop”.
Loved the video, Steph. I really enjoy your DITL’s, you have such a great personality, and I also love seeing little snippets of your home and yard. Also, will you be doing a house tour in the near future?
I enjoyed watching your "mondane" life!! 😄 I live a "mondane" life as well sometimes so it's great knowing I'm not alone! I love how you find the beauty in it all! Its always there waiting for us to notice and enjoy! Also, I believe we're pretty close neighbors which is special! I notice you homeschool and would like to invite you to our co-op here in town if that would be of interest to you.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist of 8 years with a solo business; I had an incredibly painful stomach virus that lasted 4 days about a week ago. If you can, Stephanie- look at a You Tube video on how to do Abdominal Massage. It seriously took the pains away from my stomach within 20 minutes. Also- soaking in a hot bath with Epsom salt and very gentle stretches will help! I hope you feel better; I know how miserable that can feel.
You do not bore us! I really enjoy your cheerfulness!
I love seeing your real life with the family! Don't ever apologize for being authentic. Also, super cute shower decorations!
