Traveling from Santa Ana to Tuguegarao, Tuguegarao is a 3rd class component city and capital of the province of Cagayan, Philippines. It has a population of 166,334 people, making it the most populous city in Cagayan Valley and Northeastern Luzon. Also know for a very different take on a Filipino classic, PANCIT! We stop and are able to experience Jomare's Famous Specialty BATIL PATUNG. Welcomed with opened arms right into the kitchen, Tony and his crew hooks it up and shows us how it done!!
