Hi everyone!
The color red is a color that complicates the work of many artists and especially those who are starting in the world of painting.
Today we are going to learn how to mix colors to get different shades of red, lighten and darken the color and have a much richer palette without dirtying the color and doing it gradually.
Many artists try to apply the rule of "Lightens with white and darkens with black." If you have followed my tutorials ( • Tutoriales de PINTURA ... ) you know that it is not the right way if you want to have a range of rich colors that bring us life.
In this video you will find the way to do it, learn to paint in oil step by step to become a great professional.
If you use acrylic paint you can also do it in the same way, with the advantage that the first layer will dry and you can apply more contrast of light and shadow at the moment.

Hola!! Muchas gracias por sus videos! Muy bien explicados!! Una pregunta: que es lo que le pone al óleo de ese botecito? Disculpe apenas es el primero que veo, y seguiré viendo, estan fabulosos !!
Es un medium para óleo, en ese caso es Liquin puedes ver el vídeo que hice sobre medium que ahí lo explico. Lo pongo en ese bote pequeño porque se seca con facilidad y se estropea así solo abro el bote pequeño, como es tan caro es una forma de ahorrar. Gracias por tu comentario un abrazo
Hola, suelo jugar más con grises
Los grises con los rojos casan muy bien 🙃🙂
Para pintar retratos , me acaba saliendo colores feos . Es por qué del rojo le meto blanco o mucho amarillo.
Que intente entender degradar color es ❤
Si no contralas bien las mezclas y se te ensucian puedes probar a hacer la piel con rojo bermellón, el cadmio o siena tostada, mezclado con amarillo ocre, blanco y cuando sea necesario un pelín de ultramar

Las letras de lo que dices no deja ver tu pincel
Tienes que quitar los subtítulos, seguro q los tienes activados.
