Rice items are tasty and healthy, also can be prepared instantly and easily. A rich gheerice tastes super with a perfect koorma to combine with it. Both recipes of gheerice and koorma are shown in this video, without using cooker. Basmathi rice is best suitable for gheerice. But you can use any good quality raw rice. Rice plays main role as we need a nonsticky gheerice. There are 2-3 methods of preparing gheerice. Gheerice can also be prepared by using already cooked rice. But today we show you how to prepare it directly in a pan or kadayi. A simple vegetable koorma also shown in this video.
Ingredients:
Ghee 1 cup
Basumathi Rice 3 cup
Cinominon 2inches
Cloves 10
Pepper 10
Oinon 2
Carrot 1
Cashew nut 1hand full
Green pieces 1cup
Rains 1 hand full
Salt to taste
Water
For Kurma :
Potato 2,3
Carrot 1
Beans
Coconut oil 5sp
Cinomenon 1 piece
Cloves 10 pieces
Pepper 10
Cashew nut 1 hand full
Greated coconut 1cup
White seseme 2sp
Onion 1
Green chilli 2
Coriender, leaves
Salt to taste
Jaggery
Tamarind
Required water

Pure Veg South Indian recipes (mostly Mangalore style) cooked in traditional style with minimum to no use of modern gadgets..
Amazing as usual . One suggestion is since you have added veggies in kurma you could have kept ghee rice plain with only nuts and jeera for seasoning . Also soak rice for minimum half an hour in one = 2 water after washing rice and cooking time is hardly ten to fifteen minutes depending on volume . Otherwise all factors are super nice . Congratulations to you and your Team and all those who taste your food are the luckiest ones . God Bless You All . I think you can work on country side visits and connect people toNature. It’s both a business opportunity and adds to an amazing experience for those are interested in exploring nature and simplicity .

Good, tasty, nutricious food. I feel you have added lot of ghee to rice, one or two teaspoons of ghee should be sufficient i think.
Kurma looks very tasty.
It's called "ghee rice" for the reason that u add lots of ghee.. Else one can just make plain rice.. u agree? And this is not something that u cook on a daily basis.. This is for celebrations, festivals, gatherings etc.. so pls be generous when it comes to "ghee" in "ghee rice" .. have fun
