I hope you consider adding the bad things as well in your next review. At times, one bad thing could be more important than having 10 good things in a TV.
thier after sale service is very poor. I had purchased thier 32 inch tv which had problem with IR sensor. The IR sensor was working for only 2mins during each boot of tv. That is first time I have ever seen issue like that in a tv. Now because if thta the remote used to work for approx 2mins and few seconds. I had literally measured the time and than it used to stop working completely. I had raised a replacement req and amazon had arranged for service but they did not show up and cancelled the request from thier side and gave reason customer cancelled it. So i complained to amazon nd they allowedme to return the tv and refunded my money back.
All qualities r good in such a reasonable price but one thing is missing n that is playstore app I think it's not there in this Tv so how can we download the apps we want n one more thing is there a storage capacity in it plz let me know if all this facilities work or not

@@YashSingh-xs5yj As per this video they include 2 AAA batteries included in remote but they don't, I've not received any. I don't think there's metal back too. Picture quality is not bad; however, I'm still analyzing it so will give you more accurate information little later. Audio is just okay, nothing spectacular and Surround Sound option comes OFF by default in Audio Settings, don't know why? I turned it on but no difference spotted. Overall, if you're looking for a budget TV within 13 K (with discounts), it's not bad but, can't expect much. I will share more details after experiencing the performance. 🤝
