- Willie Robertson and his family are known for sparking laughs, but the "Duck Dynasty" star, his parents, and siblings have also spent a great deal of time sharing their faith and inspiring the masses. Robertson, who is set to release a new book titled "Gospeler: Turning Darkness into Light One Conversation at a Time," is on a mission to encourage people to share their faith in Jesus.
"[I] felt like God had a message right now ... and that's always been on my heart," Robertson told CBN News. "And, obviously, that was impacted by my father [Phil Robertson] sharing his faith a lot." The Robertsons' story has been told in books and, most recently, through the powerful feature film "The Blind," a drama telling Phil Robertson's story from alcohol and chaos to Christ. Robertson said his father's conversion to Christianity decades ago forever changed the trajectory of his family and posited what would have happened had it never unfolded.
"Had that not happened - had mom and dad not found their faith - I would have grown up a completely different person," he said. "I don't even know that I would have faith." Robertson continued, "There would have been no company Duck Commander, there would have been no 'Duck Dynasty.'" But because one man shared his Christian beliefs with Phil Robertson, a chain reaction was started - one in which the entire Robertson family found Jesus and then, in turn, has spent more than a decade sharing God through entertainment, books, movies, and more.
"One couple in Arkansas ... found their faith, kept their family together, ended up 50 years later, in some way, spreading the Gospel message, whether through the prayer at the end of the show, the movie, the podcast," Robertson said, noting the legacy carries on to the next generation through his daughter, Sadie, and others who are working through additional channels to share their faith. "It's pretty amazing, if you think about it. It just lets me know ... you never know what God has in store."
Robertson said he can't imagine what life would look like had someone not stepped out in boldness to share faith with his father. It's something that's inspiring his journey now as he looks to invigorate Christians to do the same with those they encounter. Watch for the full explanation of why evangelism is so key.
It's safe to say the Robertson's have had a positive ripple effect on our country (1,000 people is definitely an underestimate)....'Gospeler'...'Bibler'...the Saved are on a rescue mission - let's bring those words back!
Amen, let’s demonstrate our faith, because He demonstrated His love toward us!
What a great interview!
What is the guy's name that is doing the interview?
Glad they share thier faith. Thankfully we still have the freedom to do so.
Good word. So encouraging.

Another savior! So happy! He has the key to save us! Nice, very nice!
Validating worship styles, nice!
Can’t wait to read this!!!
The best way I share the Gospel is by sharing my personal testimony 🎚️🙏❤️
Agreed!
Your testimony isn’t the gospel.
@@jonniefandango3013It is. A Christian’s life is changed by the Lord Jesus Christ. Your testimony is your story about what Jesus Christ did for you!
@@jsshay01that’s not the gospel. It’s what He did and who He is.
Good for you! Wonderful! So good that your lovely wife helped in the book
Great to see Willie. Saw him in the movie God's Not Dead but did not know who he was back them.

God may use different people to influence the Gospel in an individuals life, one plants the seed, others water, then another harvests - be open to share by the leading of Holy Spirit

Oliver Anthony. He says he’s a ‘dirtbag’, but continues to share the Bible before every concert.
The rapture will be the catalyst for the greatest revival the world has ever seen. People are still going to be saved, leading up to the rapture, but there will be no huge revival. The world is plunging into darkness head first and willingly we are seeing prophecy fulfilled. The world is getting worse, not better.
And that's the reason we are to share. Rescue people out of the fire.
Seems like those writing books have nothing to do with loving others.
Sharing hope and truth IS loving others...they have been consistent in being a positive force in this world on many platforms. I pray they continue to have a strong ministry to reach as many as they possibly can. In Jesus' Holy name
Is that what happened when you wrote your book?
I've been so much more hurt by ministries than loved. We are going to see aren't we.
@@Homeland.I'm so sorry this has happened to you. All of us are sinners and fall short. Please seek Jesus. He's the only one that can save. We must not put our faith in persons of this world.
@@Homeland. 'Ministries' are people...unfortunately people are fallible.
God, however, is not...don't confuse the two. God IS a loving God. The Bible is His word. People can only share their experiences...they can not add to or take away from His Word. And Jesus is The Word!
The Lord couldn't have saved him apart from his parents? NOT.
I think he was saying his life wouldn't have put him anywhere near someone that would share the Gospel. That his parents were the likely choice.
Judaism prohibits the creation of idols, or any form of idolatry, even if they are used to worship the one God of Judaism. Christians worship Jesus Christ, not his nature, and therefore do not worship idolatry But still love to make statues of him and place them in front of churches like Hindu Gods. Jews believe in one God, which is central to the Jewish faith. This belief is called monotheism. Trintard (Pagan) Christians believe in one God, known as the Father. This divine Godhead consists of three parts: the father (God himself), the son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit. Judaism has prohibited eating pork and pork products for thousands of years, along with Islam. Trintard Christians eat pork because God has declared it clean. 1 Timothy 4:3 says that pork is one of the foods God created for people to receive with thanksgiving. According to Jewish law, circumcision is a commandment from God that all male Jews and their slaves must perform on the eighth day of birth. The New Testament does not require Christians to be circumcised. Instead, Christians are encouraged to be "circumcised of the heart" by trusting in Jesus
Trinity not triinitard and we aren’t pagans that’s a totally different religion. Most Christians I know just live and study the Bible and worship and try to be kind to everyone and w as family have welcomed many diverse people in our homes and conversations with many diverse beliefs.
More religious grifting.
